The ultrasonic thickness gauge has a compact design, so its body is small, the weight is not heavy, thus, it is well suitable for hand holding. Making full use of advanced ultrasonic echo technology,  the ultrasonic thickness gauge can ensure a higher accuracy of thickness measurement. Although the technology is complicated and advanced, it is simple and easy to operate.

 

In order to supply wide range using, the super power ultrasonic excitation wiring PCB have been introduced to support different frequencies of transducers. Thus, the thickness gauge can measure wall thickness of many engineering materials, including iron, steel, brass,zin, red copper,aluminium, PVC, polyethylene, gray cast iron, quartz glass, nodular cast iron. By checking the wall thickness of these materials above, users can easily know the eroded and corrosive situation of pipes, tanks, and other industry equipments.

 

In order to communication with PC for data logging, we also supply ultrasonic thickness gauge with built-in data logger,RS232 port and software.Please feel free to contact if there is any request.

Noting

1).Ultrasonic thickness meter can be used to test thickness of HARD rubber, but can't be used to test thickness of SOFT rubber, as soft rubber absorb too much sound wave.
2).8811,8812 can be used to test thickness of GRP (glass reinforced plastic or fibreglass).
3).The Series 1-200 mm is only for 45# steel. For other materials, its measurement thickness depends on the material hardness. For PVC, it should be up to 20 mm.
