Low Cost High FM 80HZ Radar Level Sensors

Radar level sensors have been manufactured on advanced 80GHZ and 120GHZ. The series of radar level sensors provide non contact level/volume measurement for water,liquid and solid.  Thanks to rapid development for radar technology, high frequency radar was mainly used for militarty purpose with very high price, but now high frequency radar technology has been widely used for common projects,e.g. level measurement, distance measurement,etc.

In order to make more and more common people benefit from the advanced technology, our engineers have
have been working hardly for past some years,  and successfully have reduced its cost to very low level on market. With the very low price,many projects can have an opportunity to utilize advanced non-contact radar technology.

Based on our cost-effective solution,the high frequency radar level sensors have gradually replaced ultrasonic level sensors in most of applications. Meanwhile,compare with older version low frequency radar level sensors (mainly having  24GHZ/26GHZ or lower frequency),the high frequency radar sensors can ensure higher accuracy,smaller beam angle(5°,4°,3°,1.5° optional) and more stable performance.

We provide main signal outputs, including 3-wire/4-wire 4-20mA output, RS485(Modbus-rtu protocol) and wireless Bluetooth communication. Of course, we can provide other signal output, e.g. UART, HART, SDI-12,etc.

The default enclosure of the radar level sensors are plastic, and stainless steel enclosure optional. The radar level sensor has no local keys and no local display, and this design can make the level sensor have a longer working life. In order to maket setup easily and convinently,  we provide 2 kinds of methods as below:
1).English serial port setting program. This program can work on Windows 10/11. For this, it will require USB-RS485 converter.
2).Bluetooth communication. It can support wireless communication for parameter setup and data viewing.

The radar level sensors can accept OEM service, including enclosure shape, enclosure material, signal output, detailed function, whether require to add local display and local keys,etc.
