Small Rate Clamp On Flow Meter, Low Velocity

The series of mini size clamp on flow meter is developed on the principle of time flight, and mainly used for liquid flow measurement on small pipe size. The clamp on working mode doesn’t require to cut pipe, meanwhile, pre-design structure make clamp on transducers more easy to install.

This model is developed on the latest technology platform and it increases signal sampling frequency and also enhances the ability to handle air bubbles. Therefore, it can achieve better performance to ensure faster and more accurate measurement.

As the pipe size, the mini flow meter has 2 sizes body: small size is for pipe size DN15 to DN40mm, the other is used for DN50mm and DN65mm. If mainly used for DN15 to DN40mm, one type can meet related requirement. This can save stock cost for distributors or resellers. Meanwhile, because its types are not too many, it can reduce its material cost.

The model has standard temperature version and high temperature version. Standard version supports Max.60 Deg.C., and high temperature version can reach 110 Deg.C. The mini clamp on flow meter can be used as heat energy meter to monitor HVAC cool/warm energy consumption.

The series of flowmeters have versatile of outputs, including 4-20mA, RS485(MODBUS), OCT pulse and relay switch. 2 kinds of output signal can be selected. Usually, 4-20mA and RS485 is selected as default.
